Labor Relations Specialist

The Chronicle of Higher Education

The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) is seeking a Contingent Category II Senior Specialist in Employee and Labor Relations to advise employees and supervisors on policies, contracts, FMLA, leave, and applicable laws. This role involves investigations, conflict resolution, training, case management, and collaboration with unions and campus partners.
