Trauma-Informed Intervention Specialist for Youth

Sunshine Gospel in Chicago is looking for an Intervention Specialist to provide outreach, counseling, and case management for young victims of violence. The role involves direct support for individuals during their recovery from trauma, including follow-up hospital visits and connecting them with community resources. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field along with at least 2 years of case management experience.
