Key Commercial Property Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties
• Maintain positive tenant relations and provide responsive customer service
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure property needs are addressed in a timely manner
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and property performance tracking
• Monitor property expenses and support financial objectives
• Review leases, tenant requests, and operational matters as needed
• Ensure properties are maintained to professional standards and operational goals are met
• Manage multiple priorities and shifting demands in a dynamic environment
• Cam Recs and lease administration

Commercial Property Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of Commercial Property Management experience required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience with Yardi or Kardin is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to navigate situations with multiple solutions
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to take on expanded responsibilities over time
• Colorado Real Estate License is a plus
