Process Engineering Manager

Process Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Process Improvements/Project Engineer/Process Engineering Manager Located just 23 minutes north of Memphis, Tennessee, our client is a global chemical manufacturer seeking a hands-onProcess Engineering Managerto lead process improvement initiatives and support capital projects. If you’re a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys beingboots on the ground, jumping in to solve problems, and leading by example, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Identify areas for process improvement Develop and implement cost-effective engineering solutions Supervise outside contractors and employees involved in project activities. Manage capital and major maintenance projects Work closely with operations and other cross-functional teams Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; other engineering degrees may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing. Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience. Experience managing capital projects. Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment. No visa sponsorship is available for this position. Salary: $130,000 - $135,000 Full benefits package #LI-BS1
