Role Description
AttainX, Inc. is in search of a professional and technical Senior SharePoint-Power Apps Developer to be responsible for designing, developing and deploying custom SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to support evolving business processes and digital transformation initiatives. This role emphasizes modernization, automation and collaboration across teams to streamline agency workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field
- 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development expertise
- Power Platform expertise (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Front-end technologies expertise (e.g., JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Angular)
- Back-end and integration services expertise (e.g., .NET, C#, SQL Server, RESTful)
- Version control and DevOps expertise (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
- Able to obtain and maintain USCIS security clearance
Requirements
- Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, CSOM, REST API and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Implement and maintain SharePoint portals, sites, workflows and libraries tailored to USCIS business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure security and compliance with federal standards, including access controls and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
