Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Manager, Web Experience will define and execute content strategy and web page optimization for ServiceNow.com, focusing on digital marketing, conversion optimization, and customer journey design in a flexible work environment. Key Responsibilities Define the content strategy and web page experience approach, aligning with marketing campaigns and customer journey objectives Establish frameworks for measuring web page performance and guide the team in executing testing strategies to improve performance Lead and mentor a team of Web Experience Managers, fostering expertise in digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or web experience management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role Proven track record in defining and executing web content strategies that drive measurable marketing outcomes Deep expertise in web optimization, including A/B testing and personalization methodologies Strong understanding of content strategy and customer journey mapping Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
