Contract | Rotating Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Stepdown unit setting
• Monitor and assess cardiac patients requiring stepdown-level observation and intervention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
• Adhere to all facility badging, dress code, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in Cardiac Stepdown or a related acute care specialty
• Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the facility
• Compliance with all facility onboarding and credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume acute care or cardiac care environment
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment and telemetry interpretation
