Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting in accordance with facility policies and standards of practice
• Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and participate in every-other-weekend rotation as well as holiday rotation alongside permanent hospital staff
• Maintain compliance with facility-specific protocols, scrub color dress code requirements, and unit-specific guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical team members to support efficient and safe operating room operations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or compact licensure eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR or cardiovascular surgical nursing experience
• Ability to fulfill travel contract requirements including a 13-week assignment commitment
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays in accordance with facility scheduling policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiovascular or surgical specialty setting
• Familiarity with large acute care hospital environments and associated perioperative workflows
