We are hiring Optometrists in Charlotte, NC. As an Optometrist, you'll provide comprehensive eye care to a diverse patient base, focusing on both vision and overall eye health. You'll have the time and support to get to know your patients-building trust, educating them on eye health, and making a real impact in their lives. This growing practice values continuity of care and encourages you to develop strong patient-practitioner connections.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Conduct thorough eye exams with manageable 20-minute slots, allowing time for meaningful patient interactions.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat ocular diseases and visual disorders.
• Educate patients on preventive eye care and their personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team and experienced tech support.
• Utilize cutting-edge equipment (OCT, Optos, digital phoropters)

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary starting at $180,000
• Productivity bonuses
• 5 days per week schedule with one Saturday per month

• A valid state optometry license or one actively being obtained is required
