Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Medical Surgical/Tele unit. This role involves managing patient care during night shifts, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient conditions, document vital signs, and communicate changes to the medical team.
  
  
• 
  Respond quickly to patient needs and emergencies, providing appropriate interventions.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, including certifications and licensing.
  
  
• 
  Assist in patient education and discharge planning to promote recovery and well-being.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active CA RN license with Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current certifications in ACLS and BLS, with valid expiration dates.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 2 years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in managing common conditions such as falls, sepsis, UTI, pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, and CHF exacerbation.
  
  
• 
  Comply with travel and onboarding requirements, including timely submission of documentation.
