This role ensures timely picking, packing, labeling, and documentation while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company quality and safety standards. The position plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.What You Will DoMeet daily fulfillment metrics including accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment targetsPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyManage fulfillment of internet orders through various online platformsManage inventory and supplies of internet products and alerts supervisor of potential issuesReport shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptlyAssists with building and assembling productPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory auditsEnters orders into NetSuite weekly; track all orders via delivery softwarePrepare shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentationSchedule pickup of orders daily to USPS, UPS, or FedExDrive and deliver finished goods using company vanPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory auditsAnswers phone calls, process returns, and provides online customer serviceMaintains organization and cleanliness of workspaceSupports and complies with all company policies and safety requirementsAssists with miscellaneous projects in various departments as neededFollow safety procedures and quality standardsPerforms other duties as assignedWhat You Need To SucceedGED certificate or high school diplomaPrevious experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or distribution preferredBasic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems; NetSuite experience preferredCurrent valid driver's license required with a clean driving recordAbility to follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBenefits We OfferHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision)Paid sick and paid vacation time offCompany paid life insuranceAdditional life/accidental death and dismemberment insuranceShort- and long-term disability401k with company matchEPE USA is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
