This is a full-time, on-site position located at our corporate headquarters in Hockley, Texas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager, you will support the sales team by helping manage customer relationships, sales activities, and administrative processes. Key responsibilities include: Assist with managing customer accounts, including communication and follow-up Support sales efforts by analyzing basic sales and market information Help monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and product trends Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations using compiled data Assist with order processing, inventory coordination, and issue resolution Provide customers with product, promotion, and pricing information as needed Maintain communication with current and past customers regarding products and services Support customer satisfaction efforts and assist with resolving post-sale issues Help identify prospective customers through research and lead follow-up Provide product samples and catalogs and assist with product recommendations Perform administrative sales duties, including recordkeeping and account follow-up Assist with trade shows, sales events, and preparation of materials Visit customers as needed to support sales and relationship development Perform other related duties as assigned Note: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties.
