Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead / Architect to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, SPM, and CMDB modules.
This role involves leading technical planning, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases, including estimation, development, testing, and project delivery.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Architect and deliver ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices and integration with other modules.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guides.
- Conduct system assessments and performance tuning to optimize the ServiceNow environment.
- Implement UI updates such as creating new widgets and customizing portal components.
- Design and manage integration solutions between ServiceNow and HR applications (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, Rippling).
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
- Provide architectural guidance for AI-enhanced workflows and maintain ethical standards in AI usage.
- Proven experience as a technical lead in ServiceNow development and delivery within client environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM; experience with Now Assist is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using technologies like SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, SOAP, REST, ODBC.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Solid understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
- Experience in designing integration solutions with HR systems (Workday, UKG Pro, etc.).
- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience with AI-enhanced platforms and automation strategies.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for ServiceNow environments.
