Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Travel RN for the Emergency Department to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, supporting trauma and emergency interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions through rapid assessment and stabilization.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other emergency treatments as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care and treatment progress accurately in Meditech EMR system.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to hospital policies and infection control standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing critical interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 1 year of current acute care ED experience.
• Holds BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.
• Prefer candidates with Trauma Level I or II experience and Meditech system familiarity.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork, motivation, and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
• Possesses excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel and work the assigned shift (3PM - 3AM).
