Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Travel RN for the Emergency Department to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, supporting trauma and emergency interventions.

Responsibilities:

Assess and prioritize patient conditions through rapid assessment and stabilization.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and other emergency treatments as required.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Document patient care and treatment progress accurately in Meditech EMR system.
Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to hospital policies and infection control standards.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing critical interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license with a minimum of 1 year of current acute care ED experience.
Holds BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.
Prefer candidates with Trauma Level I or II experience and Meditech system familiarity.
Demonstrates strong teamwork, motivation, and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
Possesses excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Willingness to travel and work the assigned shift (3PM - 3AM).
