TEMP-TO-HIRE Range $20-$22/hr (if FL) FULL TIME(40hrs/week) M-F 8AM-4PM Location: Deer Valley, Phoenix,AZ 85024

Position Overview: Under general supervision, the Shipping & Inventory Specialist is responsible for receiving, handling, and shipping touchscreen products and electronic components while maintaining accurate inventory. Operating within a small business environment, this role is critical to ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and with proper care for sensitive electronic equipment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, highly organized, and comfortable blending traditional warehouse duties with light technical product preparation.

Core Responsibilities

Shipping, Receiving & Inventory

Receive goods, verify items against incoming shipment records and supplier paperwork, and inspect for condition and accuracy.

Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders (Domestic, International, and LTL/Freight) while strictly following established internal procedures.

Prepare products for shipment using appropriate packaging methods specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic displays and components.

Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation for UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and other transit methods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and route incoming materials, supplies, and equipment to proper inspection or stock areas.

Assist with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing, returns, and replacement shipments.

Technical & Process Operations

Perform light technical tasks including product identification, firmware loading, video verification, and basic product preparation.

Support technical touchscreen monitor testing and basic repair processes as trained.

Utilize computerized documentation and shipping software, specifically ClickUp and ShipStation (training provided), alongside basic data entry and order verification.

Workplace Standards & Teamwork

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping environment, safely operating powered equipment such as an electric 3-wheel forklift.

Communicate effectively with production, sales, and operations teams to coordinate schedules and meet daily/weekly shipping deadlines.

Exhibit a professional attitude, a willingness to learn company-specific processes, and an openness to feedback and coaching.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Education:

High School diploma or equivalent (copy required).

Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Forklift certification; ability to safely operate an electric 3-wheel forklift or hydraulic jack lift is required.

Skills & Abilities:

Basic reading, writing, and numerical ability for accurate order processing and inventory counting.

Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn platforms like ClickUp and ShipStation.

Familiarity with standard shipping and receiving procedures, combined with the flexibility to adapt to the specific workflows of a smaller business.

Strong verbal communication skills and reliable, punctual attendance.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform manual duties, including standing for extended periods and routinely lifting up to 50 pounds.

Care and dexterity required to safely handle sensitive electronic displays.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
