responsibilities:

• Assist with workforce, equipment, and material requirements while preparing short- and long-term schedules for construction activities.
• Perform regular inspections, verify quality documentation, and ensure all installations meet the latest design drawings, standards, and codes.
• Execute field material takeoffs, prepare material requisitions, track weekly installed quantities, and monitor purchase order statuses.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, troubleshooting design issues and resolving technical challenges with the engineering team.
• Oversee and conduct pneumatic and hydrostatic pressure tests, flushing, and restoration, while developing and managing all related test packages and safety plans.
