Job Title

Registered Nurse – Neuro Trauma ICU (NOC Shift)

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed Level II Trauma Neuro/Trauma ICU with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Care for patients requiring ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains
• Manage complex neuro and trauma patient populations in a critical care environment
• Float to Cardiovascular, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, or Med-Surg units as needed
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of acute critical care experience
• Level II Trauma critical care experience required
• Current California RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for patients with ICP monitors and lumbar drains
• Familiarity with CRRT management in a critical care setting
• Ability to adapt across multiple care units including Telemetry and Cardiovascular
