Job Description: As the Accounting Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Accounting department's objectives. Responsibilities include credit control, forecasting, budgeting, and collaborating with various departments. Join us to contribute to the success of our food service programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily credit control procedures
• Supervision of customer accounts
• Meet set targets
• Resolve customer account queries
• Collaborate with departments
• Post & allocate receipts
• Monthly account balancing
• Maintain files and documentation
• Prepare debt analysis reports
• Evaluate and enforce policies

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years service industry experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Oracle System experience
• Relevant financial qualification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated

Candidate Requirements:

• Background in accounting (2-4+ years of experience)
• Food and Nutrition business management
• Data entry, analysis, forecasting
• Annual budget build, monthly and quarterly reporting
