Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting various production operations based on department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Associate Location: Clare, MI Pay Range: $16.50 to $17.50 an hour depending on shift Shift: 1st Shift - 8 am to 4 pm 2nd Shift - 4 pm to 12 am 3rd Shift - 10 pm to 6 am (Sunday to Thursday) -overtime is scheduled prior to start time and can be heavy, including weekends What's the Job? Open positions include: Assembly, Material Handling and Robotic Welder Assemble products according to work orders and blueprints at individual workstations Fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware Operate hand and power tools, drills, and rivet machines - experience required Verify fit, function, appearance, and quality standards of finished products 1 year of Forklift experience required for Material Handling position Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required Basic math skills required Ability to accurately read a tape measure required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools preferred What's in it for me?
