We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients with a range of mental health and emotional disorders, providing individualized psychotherapy, and prescribing medications as part of comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Provide tailored psychotherapy to meet each patient's unique needs.
• Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring effective and safe treatment.
• Collaborate closely with therapists, social workers, and primary care providers to deliver holistic mental health care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regional regulations.
• Offer support and consultation to families and caregivers regarding patient progress and care plans.

Education and Experience

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Nursing from a state-certified advanced practice program.
• Active license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Preferred: 5+ years of clinical experience, especially in outpatient or rural settings.
• Experience with integrated behavioral health in primary care and familiarity with Epic electronic health record system is a plus.
