Confidential Document Storage Specialist

Our client is a global company that stores confidential documents for clients such as Boeing, the FBI, Amazon, Microsoft, and others.

Responsibilities

Kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending forward frequently throughout their shifts.

Moving, arranging, lifting, and loading boxes for storage.

Work without assistance to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes, including up and down inclines, stairs, and over changes in walking surface/elevation.

Lift and move boxes, read labels, and process incoming and outgoing orders.

Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes.

Operate handheld RF scanners, climb, and balance on ladders.

Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually.

Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.

Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.

Skills

Ability to lift to 100 pounds.

Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred.

Experience in a warehouse or general labor setting is preferred, but not required.

Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift to 80/100 pounds.

Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing.
