In keeping with our organization's goal of improving the lives of the Residens we serve, the Director of Nursing plays a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing services to all Guests in the facility. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the planning, development and overall operation of the Nursing Department which ensures Guests receive quality care 24 hours a day. As a Director of Nursing, you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants must have:

An unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse license, CPR Certification and at least two years of RN experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
