Salesforce Platform Engineer

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for our Salesforce platform . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce customization and development, practical exposure to AI/ML capabilities, and the leadership skills required to guide technical teams in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical design, architecture, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Design and develop complex Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow , and other Salesforce technologies.
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Einstein AI, predictive analytics, and generative AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, including code reviews, design reviews, and technical guidance.
• Partner with solution architects, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and optimize Salesforce data models, integrations, system performance, and overall platform scalability.
• Lead integration development using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns .
• Oversee deployments, release management, technical risk mitigation, and production support activities.
• Establish and maintain development standards, coding best practices, and quality processes across the Salesforce team.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, AI/ML advancements, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience , with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and declarative Salesforce capabilities.
• Proven experience serving as a Salesforce Technical Lead or in a similar technical leadership role.
• Experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required ; Platform Developer II and Salesforce Application Architect certifications are preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience implementing AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein capabilities, predictive analytics, AI-powered automation, or related solutions.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, middleware, and enterprise application integrations .
• Experience with Salesforce data architecture, security, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Experience implementing AI/ML use cases within Salesforce environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, source control, and automated deployment practices .
• Experience with MuleSoft , Python, or other data engineering and integration technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce release management and platform best practices.
