Rostering Specialist

To support district partners effectively, the part-time Rostering Specialist will manage the technical implementation and synchronization of daily rosters, ensuring accurate access to Khan Academy accounts for students, teachers, and administrators in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Collaborate with district administrators to connect Khan Academy to school district rosters for daily updates Document rostering details and manage the technical setup of assigned district rosters Monitor account activation and provide support for any issues that arise during onboarding Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a customer onboarding or technical support role 2+ years of rostering experience preferred Strong understanding of K-12 users and stakeholders Ability to describe complex products or processes in an easily understandable manner Motivated by the mission to provide free world-class education for anyone, anywhere
