Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesHow you'll make an impact in this rolePerforms preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.Specialized knowledge and expertise in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are required to perform a variety of duties.Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.Installation and maintenance of motors and of specialized equipment.QualificationsWhat minimum requirements you'll needMust have one or more of the following:Education:Graduate of trade school with 2 years of experienceWork Experience:4 years of related experienceOther equivalent combination of relevant education or experience
