The Trevor Project is seeking a Team Lead to oversee TrevorText, TrevorChat, and TrevorLifeline. You will manage a direct service team, coach staff, align goals with our mission, and ensure high-quality crisis support for LGBTQ+ youth 24/7. This exempt full-time role is remote across the continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii, reporting to the Manager of Crisis Services.
