Clinical Supervisor

Job Overview Clinical Supervisor – Full Time, On-site Outpatient Location Pine Street outpatient clinic, Springfield, MA 01105, USA Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of daily operations Deliver regular clinical supervision to master’s-level and licensed clinicians and second‑year interns Ensure adherence to evidence‑based practices and funder requirements Conduct chart reviews, documentation oversight, and data reporting Contribute to quality improvement efforts and collaborate with multidisciplinary team Maintain community relationships Qualifications Degree in behavioral health Massachusetts independent license: LMHC (minimum 3 years required), LICSW, or LMFT Understanding of evidence‑based practices such as MI, DBT, CBT, ACRA, etc. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary starting at $80,000, commensurate with experience Dental, health and life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Additional benefits included Application We look forward to hearing from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
