Role Description The Real Estate Lawyer will work full time on-site at Dell Law Firm, PC in Greensboro, GA. This role involves advising clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, closing documents, and related contracts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting title reviews, coordinating closings, resolving real estate disputes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The lawyer will collaborate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders, while maintaining thorough documentation and managing multiple matters simultaneously. The role also includes staying current with real estate law developments, participating in firm meetings, and contributing to process improvements and client service initiatives. Qualifications Strong knowledge of real estate law, including transactions, contracts, title issues, and property rights. Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and closing packages. Ability to conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and provide clear, practical recommendations to clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation. Effective client relationship skills, including empathy, professionalism, and the ability to explain legal concepts clearly. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain licensure). Prior experience in real estate law or a related practice area is highly beneficial.
