Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to identify business needs, define requirements, and deliver data‑driven solutions that align with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem‑solving. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis techniques. Experience with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar. Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
