OpenGov is seeking a Senior Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards to architect our HR infrastructure with an AI-native mindset. You will lead HR Operations, Total Rewards, analytics, immigration, and compliance across the globe, building self-serve processes and AI-enabled workflows.
You will champion AI-enabled tools, partner with IT/Engineering on HRIS and data pipelines, and drive a scalable compensation and benefits strategy aligned with OpenGov’s growth.
