QC Inspector - Return to Service (Part 145 Repair Station)

HEICO Component Repair Group is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform Return to Service inspections on aircraft accessory components in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety and compliance within our FAA Part 145 Repair Station operations. The ideal candidate will hold a current Airframe (A) license or have previously held a Repairman Certificate with relevant experience in component-level inspections. Key Responsibilities Include Performing final inspections and issuing Return to Service authorizations for repaired and overhauled accessory components. Ensuring all work performed complies with FAA regulations, company Repair Station and Quality Control Manual, Customer Requirements and CMMs. Reviewing maintenance records, test data, and documentation for completeness and accuracy. Conduct audits and inspections of work-in-progress, final assemblies and shop processes as required. Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain accurate records of inspections. Coordinate with technicians, production, and quality assurance staff to ensure timely delivery. Support internal and external audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr HEICO
