This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, including the preparation of financial reports, maintenance of accurate financial records, and implementation of robust controls and budgeting systems. The goal is to minimize risk, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and maintain compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Recordroutine journal entriesandbank transactionsaccurately and timely. Processaccounts payable billsandcredit card transactionsas needed. Executemonth-end closing activitiesand perform account reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting working experiences including accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end closing and reconciliation, and bank reconciliation. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
