Job Summary:

As our Director of Nursing (DON), you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership to our nursing team, promoting quality care, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining a positive and professional work environment, fostering collaboration between interdepartmental teams, and ensuring seamless patient care transitions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing team, ensuring that each member is equipped to provide high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care services
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and identify opportunities for staff development
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of patient care services
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement changes to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
