Allocation Analyst

Coordinator / Assistant Manager Sales Administration & Allocations The person will support the Sales Administration team with: Order form management launches, basic products, promotions, SKU adds/deletes and product updates. Allocations determining/maintaining product quantities for different retail accounts. Order management monitoring orders, quota violations, discontinued products, price changes, samples and merchandising items. Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Demand Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Chain and Commerce. Reporting/analysis Excel-based allocation files, availability reports, order reports and shipment visibility. System work entering and maintaining information in allocation/order-management systems; SAP experience is a plus. Administrative/project support keeping files updated, tracking timelines and assisting the supervisor with ad hoc projects.
