We are excited to be opening a new location in Davenport at 2130 Access Road, Davenport, FL 33897! We will be opening around 9/21, and will be hiring our team over the next month! Pay Rate:$14+/hour We are looking for a candidate who wants to learn and has a great attitude. This role is for someone who is interested in developing in the areas of time management, productivity and leadership. This job is an hourly-based position. The position provides excellent customer service and motivation to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, quality-focused. He or she will exercise knowledge of restaurant operations and ensure adherence to our operating standards. Responsibilities include: Provide excellent customer service to ensure the highest quality and productivity. Ensures that all company specified training programs are being strictly adhered to (Zaxby's University). Ensures the daily execution of the Zaxby's Mission Statement and Core Values. Complies with company policies, practices and procedures and communicates all changes to managers and team members. Works to ensure drive-thru goals are achieved and maintained. Responsible for helping to set a positive atmosphere, creating a culture where people want to participate and develop together in a healthy structure. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in another concept. This role requires the completion of a high school education or equivalent (college preferred), a valid Class C license to travel between units. ?Additional requirements: Candidates must be highly motivated and results driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills. Requires basic to intermediate mathematical computations, dealing with inventory and cash management. Adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues.
