Details Position Title: Adjunct Associate Professor Position Control Number: F03467 Type of Position: Faculty Position Status: Part-time Campus: Western University Campus - Pomona, CA Position Location: California Department: 1606-College of Health Sciences-Master Physician Assistant Responsibilities Prepare, manage, and deliver a course, including content creation, assignments, creating assessments/re-assessments, and grading. Support other course activities as needed to ensure student success. Determine and maintain student grades and record final grades. Hold weekly office hours for students. Qualifications Education: If PA – Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program and possession of a Master’s Degree; otherwise, a minimum of a Master’s degree in the field of instruction. Experience: If a PA: minimum two years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or 1 year of clinical experience with a Master’s degree; if non-PA: two years of experience with a Master’s degree in a related field (or one year with a Doctoral degree). Licensure: For non-PA – licensure or certification in the related field if applicable. Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate degree is preferred.
