Must-Have Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience with Gage R&R , Measurement System Analysis (MSA) , and statistical analysis
Proficiency with Minitab (or equivalent statistical software)
Experience performing incoming, first article, dimensional, and visual inspections
Hands-on use of calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, Keyence , and other precision measurement tools
Ability to read engineering drawings , specifications, and GD&T
Experience developing inspection plans, sampling plans, and inspection procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
