If you're looking to grow your career with a company that values its people and takes pride in its work, Banko is the place to be.Processing, packaging, shipping, and receiving orders accuratelyPicking, filling orders, and loading trucksOrganizing stock and maintaining accurate inventory, identifying damaged, lost, or missing merchandiseDelivering material to remote sites as neededMaintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neatComplying with procedures, rules, and regulationsSafe operation of all warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallets, ladders, etc.Other duties as assignedHigh school diploma/GED required with a valid and clean 3-year driving recordAbility to work on your feet, carry/move objects weighing up to 70 lbs., and work in outdoor conditionsAbility to successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug screenAbility to be a team player, stay organized, and have an excellent work ethicYou pride yourself on safety, accuracy, and speedCurrent forklift certification is a plus but not requiredFull-Time hours with competitive pay.Full benefits (medical, dental, 401k, PTO, Holiday pay).Opportunity for growth.Positive work environment and team-oriented company culture.We value reliability, teamwork, and long-term growth.
