California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager

Leading the clinical side of care, the full-time BCBA Clinical Manager will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors, and provide support to families, with a flexible schedule that is 50% remote. Key responsibilities Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors while conducting FBAs and tracking client progress Provide parent coaching and maintain quality documentation and reports Required qualifications Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
