Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Medford, OR
Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week with a flexible schedule
BBSI is recruiting on behalf of a local client for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide general office support.

Responsibilities may include:

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping support
• General administrative and office tasks
• Organizing information and documents
• Other office support as needed

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to stay organized and work independently
• Reliable and dependable
• Previous administrative, accounting, or data entry experience is a plus

Schedule: Approximately 10–15 hours per week with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and coordinate their schedule with the client.
