Successful candidates will have:

• At least five years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong adversarial negotiation and litigation skills.
• Experience with wage-and-hour, PAGA, FEHA, ADA, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, or similar employment matters.
• The ability to thrive in a structured, technology-enabled, fully remote practice environment.

 

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000–$300,000+
• Performance-based bonus structure with uncapped earning potential.
