AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is hiring Entry-Level Sales Associates in the Killeen/Fort Hood area.

No previous sales experience or automotive experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the skills you need to succeed.

$46,000 – $64,000 per year

As an Entry-Level Sales Associate , you'll work directly with vehicle owners and help them understand their options for windshield repair, auto glass replacement, and hail damage services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and connect with customers through friendly, face-to-face conversations

• Identify windshield damage, rock chips, cracks, and hail damage

• Explain auto glass repair and replacement options

• Answer customer questions and provide helpful recommendations

• Educate customers about available services

• Assist customers with the insurance claims process

• Schedule auto glass repair and replacement appointments

• Provide professional, friendly customer service

• Represent AGC Auto Glass & Car Care with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Work toward individual and team sales goals

You don't need years of experience to get started.
