Our Clinical Services Department has an excellent opportunity for an R.N. with skilled nursing experience in Tulsa to join the StoneGate team as a Regional Nurse Consultant. This position will be home based in Tulsa, OK and will provide consulting services to 3 of our skilled nursing facilities in the region.As the Regional Nurse Consultant RN at StoneGate Senior Living in Tulsa, OK you will work collaboratively with facility management teams, and other regional and management company team members to ensure the delivery of quality care and regulatory compliance. The Nurse Consultant acts as the primary resource for training, monitoring and coaching facility Directors of Nursing and Nursing Department staff members.
