Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Cosmetic Injector who also has experience working with laser and energy-based aesthetic technologies.
The position is ideal for a motivated provider who is interested in building a strong client base, expanding their aesthetic expertise, and contributing to the continued growth of our practice.
We take a personalized, client-focused approach to aesthetics. Our philosophy centers on thoughtful treatment recommendations, client education, safety, and meaningful results. We believe every treatment plan should be intentional, effective, and tailored to each client’s individual goals and needs.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a practice offering a wide range of advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments, including:
- Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)
- Fotona SP Dynamis Pro
- CO₂ Laser
- Q-Switched Laser
- Agnes RF
- Scarlet RF
- Injectable aesthetic treatments
- Additional aesthetic and wellness services
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a licensed FNP or PA
- Has experience with aesthetic injectables
- Has experience operating or working with aesthetic lasers and energy-based devices
- Has completed appropriate training, certification, and/or manufacturer-approved education for the laser and energy-based devices they operate
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of laser safety, appropriate patient selection, contraindications, treatment settings, and post-treatment care
- Is open to continued education and device-specific training. Our practice is willing to provide or coordinate additional training on our aesthetic technologies to ensure the provider is properly trained, confident, and comfortable using each device safely and effectively
- Is comfortable developing personalized treatment plans
- Values client education and long-term client relationships
- Is motivated to grow their client base
- Is professional, personable, and results-oriented
- Is interested in growing alongside an expanding aesthetic and wellness practice
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed with the selected candidate and structured to be mutually beneficial based on experience, skills, training, and the services provided.
We are looking for a provider who wants to grow with the practice, strengthen their aesthetic expertise, develop lasting client relationships, and become an important part of our aesthetic team.
