We are a neuro-affirming pediatric therapy practice located in Buda, Texas, seeking a dedicated long-term Contract (PRN) Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. Afternoon availability is a must for this role, offering flexible hours - work as much as you want while maintaining a consistent schedule for our clients. What You'll Do Provide engaging and neuro-affirming speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients (a healthy mix of neurotypes, with emphasis on Autistic and/or ADHD). Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, neurodiversity-affirming treatment plans. Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Commit to ongoing learning and professional development in neurodiversity-affirming practices. You Are Someone Who Holds a valid Texas SLP license (or is eligible). Has experience working with pediatric clients. Possesses a strong understanding of neurodivergence, particularly Autism and ADHD. Is deeply committed to the neurodiversity paradigm and anti-ABA/behaviorist principles. Is LGBTQ+ affirming and actively anti-racist in their clinical practice. Values collaboration, empathy, and respect. Is self-motivated, organized, and reliable. Is passionate about empowering neurodivergent individuals.
