What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patient condition effectively using the nursing process
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and post-discharge care
- Manage medications, monitor patient vital signs, and administer treatments
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulations
What You Need
Required:- Active Louisiana RN license
- 2+ years of emergency or critical care nursing experience
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
- CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
