The Operations track of Launch offers potential rotations such as Supply Chain Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Process Engineer, Supply Demand Analyst with opportunity to work in locations including but not limited to Carmel, IN; Richmond, IN; Tucson, AZ; Carson, CA.Who Thrives in Launch?The best Launch participants don't wait for opportunities, they create them. Successful Launch – Operations candidates will offer:Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation date no later than June 2027Related project or work experience in supply chain operations, cross-functional collaboration, manufacturing processes/process engineering, with exposure to data analytics, Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma, and/or structured problem solvingStrong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilitiesHigh learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for actionWillingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employmentLet's Create Possibilities Together. Applicants can expect a compensation range of $73,000-$94,000 and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting.
