SHIFT LEADER

About the Shift Leader Position We are looking for a Shift Leader to support and guide our team, ensuring excellent guest experiences while maintaining store standards. Responsibilities Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They take charge and set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach members when needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. Shift Leaders also help ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
