Job Title : Production Technician

Duration : 12+ Months

Location: Malta, NY

Pay Rate : $21-$24/hr on w2 without benefits

Pay Rate: $21/hour for day shift; $24/hour for night shift ($3 differential).

- Requirements: Candidates must be available and willing to work both day and night shifts.

Estimated hours per week: 36/48
Work Schedule: Will initially be M-F ~8hr days for 1 week for Onboarding. Day Shift 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM exact days to be determined

Description:

• - Maintain and operate liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment.

- Perform minor inspections and preventive maintenance on gas/chemical equipment.

- Conduct daily rounds, including recording readings, completing safety inspections, monitoring online systems, and performing chemical tote/drum and gas cylinder change-outs.

- Monitor and execute correct liquid bulk delivery and trailer transfer procedures.

- Provide initial evaluations and obtain assistance for technical problem situations.

- Serve as an active member of the Emergency Response Team.

- Complete TGCM Tech 5 local OJT and qualification requirements within 12 months.

- Participate in safety, training, and operations programs.

- Support the training of TGCM contractors as needed.

- Comply with all HS&E Standards (PPE, Forklift Operations, Lock Out/Tag Out, Confined Space Entry, etc.).

- Perform minor analytical and sampling procedures.

- Oversee hazardous waste handling, including proper transfer, documentation, labeling, and spill response procedures.
