We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Inventory Administrator to support inventory operations at our manufacturing warehouse facility. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing documentation, auditing inventory information, and helping ensure materials, supplies, and warehouse inventory are properly tracked.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel, SAP, and internal systems.
• Support inventory control activities within a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and support replenishment activities.
• Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital inventory documentation.
• Conduct routine inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Review inventory data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Prepare inventory reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with warehouse, manufacturing, purchasing, and operations teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Follow established procedures for inventory control, recordkeeping, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Excellent filing, document-management, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Experience conducting audits, reconciliations, cycle counts, or inventory checks.
• Prior experience supporting a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or inventory-control environment is preferred.
• Experience using SAP is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
